Born in an interior village Purabi has fought against all odds to earn her college degree as one of the earliest graduates from her village. She is a highly motivated individual with strong motivation to help kids of rural background with their aspiration and socioeconomic goals. She is also a trustee of the SVGK Trust.

Jyotirmoy is a village boy with broad heart and a pair of hands that are dedicated to help those who are in need of it. He is a social worker and a very popular face in the region. Relentless hard work in all aspects helped the organization to take it's current shape from the day of inception. He is also a trustee of the SVGK Trust.

After retiring as a head teacher from a government primary school Sukhendu has become a full-time patron of the organization. His exceptional knowledge in gardening combining with great hard work the premises of SVGK has become a place to visit for local crowd. Sukhendu works 10-12h a day taking ownership of all day-to-day activity of the organization without any remuneration and without any holiday. He is one of the settlors and trustee of the SVGK trust.

Soumen is a highly energetic young man full of ideas. He acted as the Director of all the program SVGK has taken up so far. Soumen remained as one of the main pillars of SVGK from the day of inception. His dedication to this selfless venture helped in creating a sharing, caring, and giving culture in the organization. He is also a trustee of the SVGK Trust.

Susanta is one of the earliest individuals of the village getting access to the higher education. He is presently working as a Senior Vice President in a leading biotechnology company of India. He is one of the settlors of the SVGK trust and a great believer of Swami Vivekananda's ideology.

Mr. Nemai Chatterjee is a compassionate social worker and dedicated philanthropist whose commitment to public service has earned him deep respect in the Kandi region of West Bengal. A resident of Kandi, he has been a steadfast supporter and patron of Swami Vivekananda Gramonnayan Kendra (SVGK) since its inception. As an employee of the Government of West Bengal, Mr. Chatterjee has consistently gone beyond his official responsibilities to extend assistance to people in need, particularly those who lack awareness, resources, or representation. He has played a significant role in helping underprivileged individuals access essential government services related to healthcare, legal matters, social welfare, and other public benefits. Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility and humanitarian values, Mr. Chatterjee has devoted himself to empowering marginalized communities and advocating for those whose voices often go unheard. His integrity, empathy, and unwavering commitment to community welfare make him a valuable addition to the Board of Trustees of SVGK.
